Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled.
Registration
Partner and business registration on JatriGo is completely free during the pre-launch phase. No payment is collected for registering.
Service charges
Our service charge is collected only after the work is confirmed with you. If we are unable to complete the work, the service charge is refunded in full.
Government and third-party fees
Fees paid to government portals, insurance companies, ticketing platforms or other third parties are non-refundable once submitted, because those amounts are not retained by JatriGo.
Cancellation
You may cancel a service request free of charge before work has started. For ride, pickup and delivery requests, please cancel before the partner has been dispatched.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or UPI ID within 7 working days.
