Please read these terms before registering or requesting a service.
Pre-launch status
JatriGo is currently in its pre-launch phase. Registrations are collected to build the local partner network. Service availability, timing and pricing are confirmed individually over phone or WhatsApp.
Accurate information
You confirm that all details and documents you submit are true and belong to you. False or fraudulent submissions will be rejected and may be reported to the authorities.
Partner responsibilities
Partners must hold valid licences, permits, insurance and fitness documents where applicable, behave professionally with customers, and follow all traffic and local regulations.
Service intermediation
For government, insurance, ticketing and accounting work, JatriGo acts as a facilitator. Approval decisions rest with the relevant authority or provider. Government fees and third-party charges are payable by the customer.
Liability
JatriGo is not liable for delays or losses caused by third parties, authorities, weather or circumstances outside our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform launches new modules such as ride booking and delivery. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
